Create your Telegram bot with @BotFather
An illustrated, step-by-step guide: create your client bot and your admin bot with @BotFather, copy the token safely, and connect both to your DHRU Fusion panel through ZyvoPay. Watch the walkthrough or follow the steps.
Your DHRU Fusion panel uses two Telegram bots: a client bot under your own brand for your customers, and a private admin bot for you and your staff. You create both for free in Telegram with @BotFather, Telegram's official bot for making bots. It takes about five minutes and no coding.
Watch the walkthrough below, then follow the illustrated steps. Every screen on this page is a drawing — your Telegram app may look slightly different depending on your device and version.
Before you start
- Telegram on your phone or computer, logged in with the account that will own the bots.
- A ZyvoPay account — start free with a 3-day Enterprise trial, no card needed (the DHRU Telegram bots are included).
- Your DHRU Fusion panel address (for example
https://your-panel.com) and access to your hosting File Manager (aaPanel, cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin…) or SSH.
Part 1 — Create your client bot
This is the bot your customers talk to. Give it your panel's name, because they will see it in their chat list.
1 Open @BotFather and press Start
In Telegram, search for @BotFather or open t.me/BotFather. Make sure the name has the blue verified check — there are fake copies. Press Start; BotFather replies with a list of commands.
2 Send /newbot
Type /newbot and send it (or tap it in the command menu). BotFather asks what to call your bot.
3 Choose the display name
Send the name your clients will see, usually your panel or brand name — for example Team Unlock. It can contain spaces and you can change it later.
4 Choose a username ending in “bot”
The username is the bot's public address (t.me/username). Rules:
- It must end in
bot—TeamUnlockBotandteam_unlock_botboth work. - 5–32 characters: Latin letters, numbers and underscores only. No spaces or dashes.
- It must be unique across all of Telegram and can't be changed later in BotFather, so pick something you'll keep.
Username already taken?
Very common — short names are gone. BotFather simply says it's taken and waits for another try. Add your country, your niche or an underscore: TeamUnlockGSM_bot, TeamUnlockNG_bot, teamunlock_support_bot. You don't need to send /newbot again.
5 Copy the token — and keep it secret
The same “Done!” message contains your bot's token: a number, a colon and a long string, like 123456789:AA…. Tap it to copy it.
The token is the password of your bot. Anyone who has it can read your clients' messages and send messages as your brand. Only paste it into ZyvoPay — never in a group, a screenshot, a support chat or an email. ZyvoPay never asks for it outside your dashboard. If it ever leaks, revoke it.
6 Paste the token in ZyvoPay
In your dashboard open Telegram & DHRU → DHRU client bot. Under 1 · Your panel & Telegram bot fill in:
- Panel name — what your clients see (Team Unlock).
- DHRU panel address — the address your clients log in at.
- Telegram bot token from @BotFather — paste the token from step 5.
- Optional: your support username and a welcome message.
Press Save. ZyvoPay checks the token with Telegram and confirms the bot is connected.
Already have a bot your clients use? Paste its token instead — linked clients stay connected.
7 Install the connector — click “Run installer”
On the same page, card 2 · Connect your DHRU panel, tab File manager (easiest):
- Click Download zyvopay_install.php. It is made for your panel and works for 24 hours.
- Open your hosting panel → File Manager → your DHRU folder (the one with
index.phpandconfigs/) → Upload the file. - Back in ZyvoPay, press Run installer on your-panel.com. It sets everything up, checks itself and deletes itself.
The badge turns Connected by itself — no cron job. Prefer a terminal? Use the Terminal / SSH tab and paste the one-line command. Stuck? See troubleshooting.
Part 2 — Create your admin bot
The admin bot is a second, separate bot that only you and the staff you invite can use: add funds, debit, look up users, today's report, orders review and panel health. Never reuse the client bot's token here.
8 Send /newbot again
Back in @BotFather, send /newbot a second time. Name it so you can tell them apart, for example Team Unlock Admin, with a username like TeamUnlockAdminBot. Copy the new token — it is different from the first one.
Keep the admin bot's username private. Strangers who find it only see a “private admin bot” message, but there's no reason to advertise it.
9 Paste it under “Admin bot” and connect as owner
On the DHRU client bot page open Admin bot — for you and your staff:
- Paste the admin token in Admin bot token.
- Choose your timezone — it decides what “today” means in reports.
- Set the staff limit per add/debit. You, the owner, have no limit.
Press Save, then Connect my Telegram as owner and open the one-time link on the Telegram account you use. The admin bot greets you as the owner.
10 Invite your staff (👥 Bot Admins → Invite admin)
In the admin bot open the menu and tap 👥 Bot Admins, then ➕ Invite admin. The bot sends a one-time invite link, valid for 24 hours and for one person. Send it to your staff member; they open it and press Start.
From the same screen you can make a staff member read-only or remove them at any time. Only the owner can manage admins, staff can add or debit up to the limit you set, and you get a message every time staff add or debit funds.
👑 You · owner
Optional — give your bot a photo and description
A logo and a short description make the client bot look trustworthy. In @BotFather:
/setuserpic— choose your bot, then send your logo as a photo (square works best)./setdescription— the “What can this bot do?” text clients see before pressing Start. Example: Get your unlock codes, check your balance and place orders — Team Unlock's official bot./setabouttext— the short bio on the bot's profile.
You can also do all of this from /mybots → your bot → Edit Bot. Don't change the bot's commands — ZyvoPay sets the menu for you.
Keep your token secret
- Paste tokens only into your ZyvoPay dashboard. ZyvoPay stores them encrypted and never shows them again — the field just says “Saved — leave empty to keep”.
- Never send a token in a chat, group, ticket or screenshot. ZyvoPay support will never ask for it.
- Protect the Telegram account that owns the bots with a two-step verification password (Telegram → Settings → Privacy and Security). Whoever controls that account controls BotFather for your bots.
Token leaked? Revoke it with /revoke
If a token was shared by mistake, replace it straight away — it only takes a minute and your clients notice nothing:
- In @BotFather send
/revokeand choose the bot. - BotFather sends a new token. The old one stops working immediately.
- In ZyvoPay paste the new token into the matching field — Telegram bot token for the client bot or Admin bot token for the admin bot — and press Save.
Linked clients, staff and settings stay as they are. Until you save the new token, that bot stops replying.

Common questions
Can I use one bot for both?
No. The two bots must be different, so that clients can never reach admin tools. Create two bots with /newbot — it's free.
The bot doesn't answer my clients.
Check that the DHRU client bot page shows the bot as connected after Save, and that the connector card says Connected. If you revoked the token, paste the new one. More checks are in DHRU Telegram bots → Troubleshooting.
Can I rename the bot later?
Yes — the display name, photo and description can be changed any time in @BotFather (/setname, /setuserpic, /setdescription). The username is permanent through BotFather.
How much does it cost?
Telegram bots are free. The DHRU Telegram Bots add-on is $3.99/month or $39.99/year, included in Enterprise — and every new ZyvoPay account starts with a free 3-day Enterprise trial, no card needed.
