How fast do I receive funds?+
Payments are credited to your balance as soon as the network confirmation threshold is reached — seconds on TON and Solana, about a minute on TRC-20. Turn on auto-payout and each payment is sent on to your own wallet about 30 seconds later, or keep it in your balance and withdraw to any chain whenever you like.
Who pays the payout fee with auto-payout?+
You decide. Either the flat network fee is deducted from each payout, or it is passed through to the buyer on every invoice so you receive your full price. Payout fees: TRC-20 $1.00, TON $0.15, BEP-20 $0.10, Polygon $0.05, Arbitrum $0.10, Solana $0.20.
Are there really no transaction fees?+
On Basic, Premium and Enterprise there is no percentage fee: you pay only the subscription. The Free plan charges 0.5% per payment. Payouts cost a flat network fee (from $0.20), and TRC-20 buyers pay a $0.30 energy pass-through.
What happens if a buyer underpays?+
The checkout shows the remaining amount and the buyer can top up to the same address. Small rounding differences within your tolerance setting are accepted automatically.
Can I migrate from Cryptomus?+
Yes. ZyvoPay exposes a Cryptomus-compatible payment endpoint and webhook signature, so most integrations only need a new base URL and keys.
Do you support DHRU Fusion?+
Both directions: a payment gateway module for your DHRU panel (Add Funds in crypto), and automatic supplier ordering (placeimeiorder / getimeiorder) from your Telegram shop. On top of that, DHRU Telegram Bots give your clients a branded bot for codes, balance and ordering, and give you an admin bot to run the panel.
How do I install the DHRU Telegram bots?+
Create a bot with @BotFather, paste its token and your panel URL in the dashboard, then upload one installer file with your hosting File Manager (aaPanel, cPanel, Plesk) and click "Run installer" — or paste one SSH command. No coding and no cron job. Existing bots can be migrated and keep their linked clients.

How are BNB, TRX, TON, SOL, ETH and POL priced?+
You price invoices in US dollars. When a buyer picks a coin, ZyvoPay locks the exchange rate for 20 minutes from several independent market sources, so the buyer sends an exact amount and you are credited what the buyer sent. If the rate expires before payment, the buyer refreshes it with one click.
Do I get paid in the coin my customer used?+
Yes. Each coin is its own balance: a BNB payment is credited and paid out in BNB, a USDC payment in USDC. Set an auto-payout address per coin, or withdraw each balance whenever you like. ZyvoPay never converts your funds.
Does ZyvoPay work with WHMCS and WooCommerce?+
